CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
6 to 8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned 1 bag frozen cauliflower 1 bag frozen broccoli 8 oz. shredded cheddar Seasoned Italian bread crumbs SAUCE: 2 cans cream of chicken soup 3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise A little milk Cook chicken breasts, cook vegetables. In oblong pan, put cauliflower and broccoli on the bottom. Then put chicken on top of that. Pour sauce over the mixture. Put 8 ounces shredded cheddar over everything. Dot with butter. Sprinkle seasoned Italian bread crumbs over the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
