LEMON PECAN DESSERT | |
1 stick butter 1 c. flour 1/2 c. pecans 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding 3 c. milk Melt 1 stick butter. Add flour and chopped pecans. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add Cool Whip minus 1 cup for topping. Spread over cooled layer. Beat lemon instant pudding with milk. Spread over second layer. Frost top with Cool Whip and pecans. |
