CAESAR SALAD 
Croutons (garlic)
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Romaine lettuce, washed & chilled
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Simmer garlic in oil. Discard clove. In a small bowl combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Tear lettuce into bite size pieces and place into large chilled salad bowl. Pour garlic oil over lettuce and toss.

Break eggs over salad. Toss. Pour on lemon mixture. Toss. Add croutons and cheese. Toss well. Serve at once. 8 to 10 servings.
