ARLENE'S CAKE 
3/4 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Jello instant chocolate or vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

CRUST:

Mix 1/2 cup nuts, flour and butter. Spread in 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

1ST LAYER: cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip, sugar - mix and spread on crust.

2ND LAYER: Combine pudding mix and 3 cups milk. Stir until thick and spread over layer.

3RD LAYER: Cool Whip and nuts on top!
