CHOCOLATE NUT SUNDAE CAKE | |
1ST LAYER - CRUST: 1 1/4 stick butter 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. plain flour Melt butter. Add flour and nuts and spread on bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes and then cool. 2ND LAYER: 1/2 box 10X powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 sm. carton Cool Whip Mix well and spread over 1st layer. 3RD LAYER: 1 box instant vanilla pudding 1 box instant chocolate pudding 2 1/2 c. milk 1/2 box 10X powdered sugar Beat pudding mixes and milk together until thick and then add powdered sugar. Spread onto 2nd layer. Top with Cool Whip (add sliced maraschino cherries, optional). Chill. |
