CHOCOLATE NUT DESSERT 
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix nuts, butter, flour together and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread on the crust. Mix instant pudding mix and milk and spread on top of the cream cheese mixture.
