1 1/2 c. sugar
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. enriched flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon or almond flavoring

Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into 9 x 13 pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
