CARROTS AU GRATIN 
3 c. sliced cooked carrots
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Butter 1 quart casserole. In medium bowl, combine carrots, soup and cheese. Pour into casserole. In small bowl combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
