CHEDDAR POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen Southern style hash browns
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together, do not dilute soup. Save 1/4 cup of cheese to sprinkle on top before baking. Place in 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
