CHEDDAR POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded or chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, grated
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix all the ingredients together, except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch ungreased baking dish. Mix crushed corn flakes and melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
