KENTUCKY PECAN PIE 
1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. dark brown sugar
3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 heaping c. pecans

Combine syrup, sugar, salt, vanilla and butter, mix well. Add eggs. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pecans over all. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
