KENTUCKY LIGHT PIE 
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Beat eggs, add sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and butter. Stir in chips and nuts.

Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
