KENTUCKY PEACH COBBLER 
1 stick butter
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie fruit (peaches, cherry, blueberry or apple)

Melt butter in a 9 x 11 inch pan. Mix flour, sugar, milk and vanilla. Add to melted butter. Spread pie fruit on top.

Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes until brown and bubbly.
