3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. corn meal, plain
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
