MYSTERY PECAN PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. pecans
1 c. light or dark corn syrup

Beat first 5 ingredients until well blended; pour into 9 inch pie shell. Beat remaining ingredients. Put pecans over cream cheese mixture and pour syrup mixture over pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
