MYSTERY CHEESE CAKE PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves
2 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine in mixer bowl, beat until fluffy. Spread in pie shell 9 inch unbaked. Arrange over cream cheese mixture. Mix well, pour carefully over pecans. Bake at 375 degrees, 40 to 45 minutes.
