BAKED LIME BEANS 
1 lb. dry lime beans
1/2 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
1/4 onion, chopped well
1/4 green pepper, chopped well
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt and pepper

Cook beans until tender. Brown bacon in pan with onion and green pepper. Mix all ingredients together with beans; bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees, until nice and brown.

NOTE: I use cider vinegar, honey instead of sugar, and omit salt for my family's needs.
