LIME 'N PINE SALAD RING 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. lime juice (or lemon)
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (14 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
2 c. Cool Whip, drained
Green food coloring

Combine eggs, sugar, lime juice, salt, butter, and marshmallows. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Set aside and cool. Fold pineapple, diced peaches, and cooled lime mixture into whipped cream. Blend in few drops of food coloring. Turn into 5 cups ring mold. Freeze until firm.

To serve, unmold on chilled platter and center of ring with cottage cheese or salad greens. Makes 8 servings.
