BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, broken in pieces
1/2 lb. mellow cheese, slivered
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 stick butter
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk

Line the bottom of a greased casserole with half of the bread. Add half the cheese. Sprinkle with half the salt and mustard. Repeat layers. Dot with butter. Beat eggs and milk; pour over casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Place casserole in pan of water to cook. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
