FRUIT LOG PARFAIT SALAD 
1 can (30 oz.) fruit cocktail
1 c. salad dressing
1/3 c. sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
Green food coloring
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Lettuce

Drain fruit cocktail. Gradually add salad dressing and sugar to softened cream cheese; mix in few drops food coloring until well blended. Fold in drained fruit, marshmallows, nuts and whipped cream. Spoon mixture into 2 (1 pound) coffee cans. Cover and freeze.

To serve, remove bottom of cans with can opener and push logs out onto serving plate; slice. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
