ZUCCHINI MARMALADE | |
1 orange, seeded 1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries and syrup 5 lbs. zucchini, seeded and peeled 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple and juice (crushed) Juice of 2 lemons 5 lbs. sugar Slice oranges and peelings. Chop in blender or grind. Put in kettle with rest of ingredients. Mix well. Cook until desired thickness. Seal in sterilized jars. |
