PINEAPPLE ZUCCHINI MARMALADE 
6 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
6 c. sugar

Mix and boil 6 minutes.

Add:

1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple

Boil 6 minutes.

Remove from heat and add:

1 (6 oz.) box orange Jello

Put in jars, cool and refrigerate.
