ZUCCHINI MARMALADE 
6 c. zucchini, grated
6 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 box apricot jello
1 box peach jello

Boil zucchini 6 minutes; drain. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple. Boil 6 more minutes. Add jello and bring to a boil. Then put in jars.
