BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. salad oil

Preheat oven to 415 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Place in floured board and knead into a ball. Roll out dough with rolling pin until 1/2" thick. Cut out with biscuit cutter and place in greased pan. Bake at 415 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
