KEFFLE 
1 lb. flour
1 lb. butter
1 lb. cream cheese

Blend into nice smooth dough. Separate into 10 balls. Lightly flour and put in refrigerator to chill until ready to roll out.

Roll out dough (not too thin) and cut into squares. Fill with apricot or nut fillings which can all be purchased ready made at the supermarket or bakery.

Fill the center of each pastry square with desired filling then roll diagonally corner to corner. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in preheated 400 degree oven until lightly browned.
