WHIPPING CREAM BISCUITS 
2 c. self rising flour
1 c. whipping cream

Mix flour and cream together. Pat out 1/2 inch thick. Cut into rounds. Bake at 400 degrees until brown 8 to 10 minutes.

Delicious and flaky. Will definitely use again. I plan to keep the ingredients on hand. The cream does not expire on expiration date and if it does I will use sour cream.

You are so right about expiration. My carton had an expiration of 4/23/18 and I used it on 8/26/18 with no problem at all!!! They were delicious!!! This recipe is WONDERFUL!!!
