WHIPPING CREAM BISCUITS | |
2 c. self-rising flour 1 tsp. sugar 1 c. carton whipping cream Combine all ingredients; mix well. Dough will be stiff. Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface, and knead 10 or 12 times. Roll dough to 3/8 inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet; bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yield: about 1 1/2 dozen. |
