KRISPY CHICKEN 
Line shallow baking pan, about 15 x 10 inches with foil.

1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
3-4 c. Rice Krispies
1/2-2/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Wash and dry chicken pieces. Crush Rice Krispies into medium crumbs. Melt butter and mix with seasoning. Dip chicken in butter and roll in Rice Krispies. Place skin side up in pan. Do not crowd pieces. Bake at 350 degrees until tender. Do not cover or turn while cooking.
