HOT PINEAPPLE 
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 (#2) cans chunk pineapple, drained
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Mix flour and sugar. Add pineapple and cheese. Stir. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers over top. Pour butter over all. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Save pineapple juice in freezer for other dishes.
