2 sm. pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cool Whip
1 sm. bag Oreo cookies

Mix pudding with milk. Beat with mixer well. Add cream cheese and Cool Whip; mix well. Crush Oreo cookies with hands - save enough crumbs to sprinkle on top. Stir cookie crumbs into mixture with wooden spoon. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
