COOKIES AND CREAM 
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding, instant
1 1/2 c. cold milk

First crush Oreo cookies in blender. Will make a fine mixture. In a 13 x 9 x 2 rectangular pan or large square cake pan.

Put Oreo cookie mixture in bottom of pan for a crust. Set aside some mixture for topping. In bowl mix 2 small packages of vanilla pudding and cream cheese and milk until thick and creamy. Mix in Cool Whip and blend well. Pour onto cookie crust. Spread evenly then pour the rest of cookie mixture on top and chill.
