1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix milk and pudding together; set aside. Mix cream cheese, butter, Cool Whip, vanilla and sugar together. Combine both mixtures together. Put half of crushed Oreos in bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Pour mixture on top of Oreos. Top with remaining Oreos.
