OREO - COOKIE CAKE 
30 Oreo cookies
3/4 stick melted butter
1/2 gal. French vanilla ice cream
3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk

Crush cookies and pour butter over mixture. Press in bottom of pan and freeze for about 30 minutes. Spread ice cream. Ice cream should be soft. Set in freezer and let harden.

Mix the last 4 ingredients and cook for 8 minutes. After it reaches boiling point, start timing. Pour fast over ice cream mixture and freeze. Cut in squares and serve.
