PARMESAN PEPPER PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
3 tsp. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 1/2 c. milk
Grated Parmesan cheese

Coat pork chops with seasoned flour; brown in butter. Remove to baking dish. Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add remaining flour. Stir in milk; cook until thickened. Add 1/2 cup cheese; pour over chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with additional cheese.
