DRURY - BARTOL PORK CHOPS &
ZUCCHINI PARMESAN
 
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 to 6 lean pork chops
3 nice green zucchini
2 middle-sized onions
3 tbsp. Parmesan
1/2 tsp. paprika

In sack put first 5 ingredients, bounce chops in mixture. In a little oil in a skillet, brown chops on both sides. On top of them spread the 2 onions, sliced. Add 1/3 cup water, cover and simmer it on low for 15 minutes. Then add the sliced but unpeeled zucchini and sprinkle the whole thing with the leftover flour, to which you've added another 3 tablespoons Parmesan and 1/2 tablespoon paprika. Don't stir it, but simmer, covered, for another 25 minutes.
