TANGY POTATO SLICES 
1 lb. of red new potatoes
1/2 c. white (Lea and Perrins) wine Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper and paprika

Cut potatoes in 1/4 inch slices combine Worcestershire sauce with melted butter and brush on potato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and paprika. Broil on rack 3 inches from heat 3 minutes each side. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
