HASH BROWN SUPREME 
2 lbs. hash browns, thawed
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans cream of chicken or celery soup

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

2 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 stick butter

Combine 2 cups cornflake crumbs and 1/2 stick butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
