FISH CAKES 
1 pkg. boneless salt fish
1 sm. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1/2 tbsp. curry powder
2 eggs
1 c. flour
Oil for frying

Soak fish. Boil fish until tender. Pour off water. Mince fish, add to flour (should be flaky). Add green pepper, onion, green pepper and curry to mix, then add eggs. Fry, oil should be very hot. Add 1 teaspoon to hot oil.
