Boil fish (any kind - especially good for mackerel) in salted water. Drain. Flake meat from bones.

Combine: Salt Pepper Dry mustard 1 c. mashed potatoes 1 onion, chopped

Dip in beaten egg and break crumbs and fry until light brown.
