PARTY FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (drained), save 2 tbsp. juice
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (drained)
2 c. seedless grapes
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (1 lb.) can Royal Ann cherries (drained and pitted)
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. brandy or rose wine
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. almonds, blanched and dried
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped or sour cream

In large bowl combine pineapple chunks, oranges, grapes, marshmallows and cherries. Chill.

Combine egg yolks, sugar, pineapple juice, brandy or wine and dry mustard. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until thick and light. Chill.

Just before serving, drain liquid from fruit. Fold cooled salad dressing, almonds and cream until evenly blended. Chill until serving time. Serves 8-10.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
