CHICKEN-RICE CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained or 2 c. peas and carrots,
cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 to 2 (5 oz.) cans Swanson Premium chunk white chicken
1 c. Minute rice
Velveeta or Cheez Whiz

In 8x8 inch baking dish or casserole dish, mix the 2 soups together. Add the chicken and the uncooked Minute rice; mix well. Fold in broccoli or peas and carrots. Cover with a scant layer of Velveeta or Cheez Whiz. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir; bake 10-15 minutes longer.
