REGATONI 
12 oz. Skinners Regatoni
1 c. chopped onions
2 lbs. ground round
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Saute onions and meat. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer 30 minutes. Cook regatoni noodles. Drain. Mix meat mixture in casserole dish with cooked noodles. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 300 degrees. This dish freezes well, but leave off topping until ready to bake.
