CRANBERRY CHRISTMAS SALAD 
2 pkg. cherry Jello
1 pkg. plain gelatin
2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. chopped celery
2 oranges, ground (rinds & all)
2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
2 c. cranberries, ground
2 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello and gelatin in hot water. Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Set in ice cubes to gel. When partially set add remaining ingredients. Put in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Should serve 24 people.
