CRANBERRY CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 lg. raspberry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 apples, chopped
2 oranges
1 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (juice too)
1 c. chopped celery

Dilute Jello with water. Grind cranberries and oranges. Add all ingredients to Jello and pour into large mold. Serve with sour cream. Can be made several days ahead.
