CRANBERRY CHRISTMAS SALAD 
2 oranges
1 lb. fresh cranberries, washed, ground
4 tart apples, seeded & ground
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. halved, seeded red grapes
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained

Wash, grate rind of 1 orange, peel remaining orange, remove seeds from both. Grind oranges. Pour into a mixing bowl. Stir in rind and next 6 ingredients. Let stand 1 hour.

Prepare gelatin according to package directions. Chill and partially gel. Whip the cream and fold in. Combine gelatin mixture with the fruit. Add pineapple, mixing well. Chill.
