CRANBERRY CHRISTMAS DELIGHTS 
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. whole fresh cranberries
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter

Mix together. Pour into 2 greased 8-inch layer cake pans. Serve with Butter Sauce.

BUTTER SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. cream

Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar and cream; bring to a boil and cook slowly 10 minutes. Serve warm. Yield: 10-12 servings.
