SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
3/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. salt

Boil 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Brown seasoned chicken wings (or drum sticks) in oil. Arrange in baking dish or pan. Spoon sauce over chicken. Turn once to get all meat covered with sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Add sauce if meat is not well covered all over. Serves 12.
