Chicken wings (legs can also be used

COATING:

1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/3 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce

Bake chicken 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Take out. Combine coating ingredients in saucepan. Boil 3 minutes. Cook chicken then bake another 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
