PANSIT CANTON (LO MEIN) 
1 pkg. dried Chinese noodles
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. pork, sliced in strips
1/2 c. shrimp, sliced in halves
1/2 c. chicken, sliced in strips
1/2 c. Chinese sausage (opt.)
1 onion, sliced
1/2 c. green beans or pea pods
1 c. cabbage, sliced into strips
1/2 c. carrots, sliced into strips
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper

Heat oil and saute pork, shrimp, chicken and Chinese sausage and set aside. In a big frying pan, saute vegetables until crisp tender. Add the sauteed meats. Add chicken broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil mixing well. Serve immediately with scallion leaves on top.
