CAJUN QUICHE 
1 pie shell
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. crabmeat
2/3 c. parboiled shrimp
8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
1/3 c. onion

Bake pie shell at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in bowl, combine mayonnaise, flour, milk, and eggs and mix well. Stir in remainder of ingredients. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake 40 minutes until center is done at 350 degrees.
